Tomoyuki Akahori joined Brookman Technology as an engineer which is a university-based venture founded in 2006. Many image sensor related products had been developed as a development leader, he also took on the responsibility for sales and marketing team leader.
The representative product is a 8K sensor jointly developed by NHK, Shizuoka University and Brookman. 8K cameras equipped with our sensor were used at the Rio Olympics, the Tokyo Olympics and the World Cup in Russia. He also supported the development, mass production and sales for Time-of-Flight sensors which are being adopted to drones and some other products. In addition, He has been involved in the development of many other products and customizations, including radiation-resistant sensors, space image sensors, ultra-high-speed sensors, ultra-high-sensitivity sensors, ion detection sensors and RoIC as well.
